Now , many decades later, I 'get it ', the most likely reason being that Penny's ability to include everyone however stiff or supple, youthful or old, inexperienced or experienced , makes this class accessible Yoga. I always feel better after a session and her relaxing and gentle voice relaxes the mind as well as the body. I always sleep better at night after Yoga and I am definitely fitter. Everyone should try this.
